Remarkable Employees


Bethany is a good employee.  She quietly performs her tasks, works her regular hours, gets along with others, and is responsible.  Joshua is a remarkable employee.  He gets the job done also but seems to excel on the job.  What are the attributes that make Joshua a remarkable employee and Bethany a good employee? 

This article from Inc. by Jeff Haden (Feb. 21, 2012) may help you sort out those differences when you are hiring employees.  The qualities may also help you to think through the qualities of potential leaders in your church and your own performance.

Have you ever thought of remarkable employees as eccentric?  Do you publicly praise and privately complain? Are you always fiddling? What other attributes do you think make remarkable employees?
