Communion: At Home

  • While each child’s developmental path is unique, there are common patterns in how children’s understanding of the Lord’s Supper typically develops. Children and Communion is a free resource that summarizes those patterns from preschool through the teenage years. Families will find it helpful for getting a sense of their child’s understanding of the Lord’s Supper.

  • Take It. Break It. Share It. Love It is a post that provides families with talking points on the topic of communion.

  • The five-session family devotional guide You’re Invited explains what the Lord’s Supper means, and this guide is designed to be used over and over again. Bonus: it includes information just for parents, to help deepen their own understanding of the Lord’s Supper.
