Executive Director Needed for Global Teaching Ministry

International Theological Education Ministries is prayerfully seeking a new Executive Director. ITEM is at work in over a dozen countries on five continents, and we are seeking a person who can lead us forward.  

ITEM's mission is "to provide Biblically-based, Reformed teaching and training worldwide primarily for indigenous pastors to help equip them for ministry." To do this, we send pastors and professors to train pastors, elders, seminary students, and other church leaders in their local context. We partner with seminaries, as well as churches and denominations around the world. Our website describes our work further. 

Our Executive Director will oversee this work by providing leadership to the organization, fundraising, and being the "face" of the organization to our donors, supporters, and constituents. A job description is attached. Compensation is in the range of $80,000.
