Full-Time Administrator at Zion Christian School (Byron Center, MI)

Zion Christian School in Byron Center, Michigan is actively searching for an individual to serve as Administrator whose approach is strategic, collaborative, and characterized by the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower others to achieve the mission of Zion Christian School. The new Administrator will be an effective leader and manager, providing organizational clarity and direction in promoting ZCS’s mission and culture. Primary duties include overall strategic direction and management of all school functions and initiatives, working closely with the Board of Directors, overseeing the faculty and staff, and collaborating with parents and community members.

The new Administrator will possess a deep personal faith in Jesus Christ and be part of a congregation following the traditional Reformed faith. H/She will have a passion for Christian education and ensure a Biblical worldview is incorporated into all aspects of ZCS. Further, this individual’s background and experience will demonstrate success in moving academic, non-profit, or for-profit organizations forward with sustainable growth.
