Job Description

Cottonwood Church is hiring a full-time Custodian & Facilities Manager. We are in need of a ministry-minded individual who will be responsible for the care, maintenance, and readiness of all church buildings and grounds—ensuring clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for worship, ministries, events, and rentals. This position is responsible for routine cleaning, event set-ups/tear-downs, minor repairs, seasonal outdoor work, basic systems oversight (HVAC, access, fire/safety), and coordination with volunteers and outside contractors.
