Full-Time Director of Worship and Community Engagement at Duncan CRC (Duncan, BC)

Duncan Christian Reformed Church is seeking a Director of Worship & Community Engagement to join our ministry team in beautiful Duncan, British Columbia, in the heart of the growing Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity for a spiritually mature, creative, and relational leader to help shape meaningful worship, develop and equip volunteers, and build connections between our church and community. Duncan CRC is a congregation with a strong foundation, a growing sense of vision and possibility, and a desire to be deeply rooted in Christ while actively engaging our changing and diverse community.
