Full-Time Director of Youth Ministries at Gateway Community Church (Abbotsford, BC)

Gateway Community Church in Abbotsford, BC is seeking a full-time Director of Youth Ministries to lead vibrant, intergenerational ministries for youth and young adults (ages 13–29). 

We're looking for a Christ-centered leader with strong relational gifts, proven team-building abilities, and a heart for equipping young people to follow Jesus. This role involves discipling youth and volunteers, coordinating local and international mission experiences, and fostering full integration of the next generation into the life of the church.
