Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate, gifted, and spiritually mature English Ministry Pastor to lead, shepherd, and grow our English-speaking congregation. The ideal candidate will embody Reformed theology, demonstrate strong preaching and teaching skills, and foster a warm, inclusive community rooted in Christ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide biblically grounded, engaging preaching and teaching 
• Offer pastoral care, counseling, and spiritual guidance to members of the English Ministry.
• Develop and oversee programs for discipleship, small groups, and outreach.
• Equip and encourage lay leaders to serve and grow within the church.
• Collaborate with church leadership and other pastoral staff to unify ministry efforts.
• Participate in denominational activities and uphold the values of the Reformed Church in America.

Qualifications:

• Ordained or willing to be installed in the Reformed Church in America.
• Strong theological foundation aligned with Reformed doctrine.
• Demonstrated experience in pastoral leadership and preaching.
• Ability to connect with diverse age groups and cultural backgrounds.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to prayer, personal spiritual growth, and ministry development.
