Current membership is on the order of 600 members and adherents.

Grace is an active Church, currently with 3 associate ministers (full time, part time and a full time contractor), a staff of about 10 part time and full time employees, and over 120 active volunteers.

Position Description:

Grace is currently seeking a full time Lead Minister who:

• is excited by our Mission, Vision, and Values
• will support and challenge us as we live, learn, and grow as a community that is one body in Christ, desiring to love and serve God
• will be a person whose life is rooted in Christ
• is a warm, compassionate person and a proactive listener
• is eager to communicate the love of God as affirmed in reformed theology

Primary accountabilities, responsibilities and qualities we are seeking in our Lead Minister:

• Worship Leadership and Preaching: Grace Presbyterian Church is prayerfully seeking a Lead Minister who will lead the ministry team in planning, preparing, coordinating and leading worship that points the congregation to the living Triune God.
• Leadership: The Lead Minister will be responsible for supporting, guiding, and working collegially with the ministry team ensuring a positive work environment where faith and skills are nurtured and the ministers thrive as individuals and as a team.
• Adult Spiritual Growth: We seek a Lead Minister who will contribute to a culture of Biblical learning and faith development.
