Full-Time Lead Pastor at Cadillac CRC (Cadillac, MI)

Cadillac Christian Reformed Church in Cadillac, MI is seeking a Lead Pastor.  The Lead Pastor will guide us as we seek to carry out the Mission of Cadillac CRC, which is to celebrate, show, and share God’s transforming grace in our community. The Vision of Cadillac CRC is to see Christ bring healing, wholeness, and growth in our relationships, church, and community.

Under the leadership of Council and in partnership with staff (paid and volunteer), the Lead Pastor shall ensure that the Cadillac CRC community continues to develop according to God’s leading. The Lead Pastor’s primary responsibilities will be pastoral leadership, training, preaching and worship, and pastoral care. 

Cadillac is a small town of approximately 10k residents in the northern Lower Peninsula of Michigan, between Grand Rapids and Traverse City.  Cadillac has two large lakes with all water sports available. There are thousands of acres of public land nearby for all kinds of outdoor activities.
