Full Time Lead Pastor at Trinity CRC (Abbotsford, BC)

Trinity CRC is seeking a full-time Lead Pastor, ordained MDiv. in the CRCNA, who will be accountable to church Council for preaching the Word, administering the sacraments, and conducting public worship services. The minister shall provide pastoral care to the congregation, catechizing the youth, and training members for Christian service. He shall also engage in and promote the work of evangelism.

Key Skills:

Expository/exegetical preaching (sermons grounded in the biblical text which provides the theme, structure and story of the sermon to guide the daily life of the congregation).

Strong interpersonal, relational and pastoral care qualities.
