Full-Time or Part-Time Pastor at Terra Ceia CRC (Pantego, NC)

Terra Ceia Christian Reformed Church in Pantego, NC, is prayerfully seeking a full-time or part-time pastor. We are looking for a godly pastor to provide leadership, guidance and pastoral care. A leader with a focus on community engagement and building relationships that fosters a sense of unity and shared purpose.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree from a recognized, accredited theological seminary.
• Strong commitment to the Word of God.
• Biblical leadership qualifications.
• Must be ordained or willing to become ordained as a Minister of the Word and/or Commissioned Pastor in the Christian Reformed Church.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a shepherd to the congregation, nurturing their faith, facilitating their spiritual growth, and fostering a sense of community within the church.
• Provide direction and vision for community networking, outreach and building relationships.
• Flexibility and creativity in leading and expanding the ministry of the church.
• Work with the Council on goals and strategies for the congregation.
