PURPOSE
Strengthen and expand the use of the Timothy Leadership Training (TLT) program primarily in Anglophone contexts. Maintain regular contact with ministries and churches that are using the training in leadership development programs. Consult with TLT coordinators and trainers concerning TLT methodology, requirements, and best practices, and develop curricular resources.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following
- Maintain regular contact with ministries and churches interested in using the Timothy Leadership Training (TLT) program.
- Assist ministries and churches in developing partnership agreements with TLT.
- Communicate regularly with TLT coordinators and trainers representing churches and ministries engaged with TLT.
- Plan strategically for program implementation and network with other organizations using TLT.
- Monitor and assess reports of training activities in the TLT database.
- Encourage trainers to follow best practices for TLT implementation, including TLT training requirements, interactive learning methodology, and standardized TLT training and reporting guidelines.
- Contribute to the development of trainer facilitation skills through modeling, mentoring, and skills-development events.
- Organize and participate in country or regional TLT retreats, including an annual visit to ministry sites.
- Connect with the TLT Program Manager regularly to monitor TLT activities and develop strategic connections and priorities.
- Facilitate TLT training, develop and revise curricular resources for the TLT program.
- Other duties as assigned by the TLT Program Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Professing membership in a Christian Reformed congregation, or of a church in communion with the CRCNA, and agreement with the doctrine of the church signified by signing a covenant statement.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate across multiple teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to promote a work environment that values diversity, equality, and inclusion.
- Willingness to maintain a positive attitude and respectful relationships with others.
- A proactive, disciplined, self-motivated work style.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products, Google Suite, and social media tools.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A bachelor's degree in theology, education, intercultural studies, or a related field is required. A master's degree in one of these areas is preferred.
- Demonstrated cross-cultural experience is preferred.
- Intermediate experience in pastoral ministry and church leadership training is preferred.
