The Worship Pastor at Cascade Fellowship is a pivotal leader who will help shape how their church’s voice is raised to God. This person will lead and steward the musical and worship life of the church, by guiding a team of volunteers, crafting services, and ensuring worship is both heartfelt and theologically grounded. They will join a growing, mission-driven congregation at an exciting moment, as the church expands its influence in the Grand Rapids area. This role is both creative and pastoral—there’s a need to balance vision and theology with relational shepherding. The right person will inherit a team, a culture, and resources, but also the expectation to bring fresh energy, keep unity, and help the congregation worship more faithfully, more passionately, and more visibly in their everyday lives.
