Our mission at Evergreen is to grow passionate followers of Jesus. To grow, we need a healthy root system. The roots, the core values, that help Evergreen flourish are summarized in the acronymn ARTS: authenticity, recovery, text, and service. As we attend to these roots in the soil of community and prayer, we see God's goodness at work among us.

The Associate Pastor is integral to the fulfilling of this mission. The Associate Pastor works closely with the Lead Pastor and other church leaders to provide pastoral care, spiritual guidance, and discipleship opportunities as we seek to grow as passionate followers of Jesus.
