Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to serve as our Church Life Coordinator. This role is integral to the spiritual and social fabric of our congregation, responsible for orchestrating various activities, events, and programs that enrich the lives of our members and strengthen our community bonds.

Responsibilities:

  1. Event Planning and Coordination: Organize and oversee a diverse range of church events, social gatherings, Life Groups, Volunteer Campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
  2. Volunteer Recruitment and Management: Recruit, train, and support volunteers to assist with various church activities and ministries, ensuring smooth execution and meaningful engagement.
  3. Community Engagement: Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within the church community, facilitating opportunities for fellowship, support, and collaboration among members.
  4. Spiritual Formation: Collaborate with church leaders to develop and implement programs that nurture spiritual growth and discipleship among individuals of all ages.
  5. Communication and Promotion: Utilize various channels to promote church events and initiatives, including social media, newsletters, bulletin boards, and announcements during worship services.
  6. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, manage budgets, and assist with other administrative duties related to church life activities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong commitment to the Christian faith and a passion for fostering spiritual growth and community engagement.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate to individuals of diverse backgrounds and age groups.
  • Previous experience in event planning, volunteer coordination, or community outreach preferred.
  • Proficiency in familiarity with social media platforms.
