Job Description

Bethel CRC is seeking a part-time (24 hrs/wk) Director of Ministries to lead children, youth, and young adult ministries and support small group discipleship. This role works closely with the pastoral team to foster spiritual growth and equip volunteers. This is a non-ordained position open to both men and women who love the Lord and seek to serve Him. Bethel Christian Reformed Church is a vibrant, Christ-centered congregation in Dunnville,
Ontario, grounded in the Reformed faith and part of the Christian Reformed Church in North
America. We are passionate about nurturing disciples of Jesus of all ages through Scripture,
community, and service. We are seeking a part-time Director of Ministries to drive forward
our current church ministry programs—particularly those related to children, youth, and
young adults—and to support the spiritual growth of all members through small group
ministry, seeking out new opportunities to foster deeper faith in the congregation. As part
of a leadership team that includes the lead pastor, future associate pastor and music
director you will lead, develop and coordinate programs that help people of all ages grow in
their Christian faith.
