Pastor of Preaching and Faith Formation at Palos Heights CRC (Palos Heights, IL)

Palos Heights CRC is seeking a full-time Pastor of Preaching and Faith Formation to work side by side with a full-time Pastor of Preaching, Congregational Care, and Community Engagement. Together this team will provide transformational encouragement, learning, and support with a focus on growing the next generation of Christ followers.

The Pastor of Preaching and Faith Formation will have primary responsibility for facilitating the development and coordination of spiritual formation through education, leadership development, and support for the student and young adult faith formation ministries.

Interested candidates must:

• be ordained or eligible for ordination (in the CRCNA)
• be able to inspire others, including children, to use their talents within the church and their community
• be passionate about following the Word of God
• be driven to lead people to Christ through the Holy Spirit.
