The Worship Director provides leadership for worship ministries at Cascade Fellowship, working closely with the Lead Pastor to plan and coordinate all aspects of worship gatherings, including musicians, vocalists, production volunteers, and other groups or elements involved in leading the congregation in memorable, meaningful, and transformative worship gatherings.
