On June 25, 2021 the CRCs Office of Race Relations held a webinar discussion between a panel of five white anti-racism allies. They reflected on the influence their whiteness has in the workplace, in worship, and in the culture.
Panelists were:

- Libby Huizenga, MDiv - professor at Kuyper College in Grand Rapids (Mich.).
- Joseph Kuilema PhD - Assistant Professor of Global Development Studies and Social Work at Calvin University
- Stacia Hoeksema LMSW - Assistant Professor of Social Work at Calvin University
- Melissa Stek, MSW - Copywriter on policy advocacy and Antiracism Facilitator with 'As I Am' Consulting
The moderators were:
- Pastor Reggie Smith - Director of the CRC Office of Diversity
- Dr. Michelle Lloyd-Paige - Professor of Sociology at Calvin University
