Last week Mark DeVries, president of Youth Ministry Architects and author of Family Based Youth Ministry and Sustainable Youth Ministry posted this video on recruiting volunteers. He is so confident it will work that he offers a $100 guarentee! Though his target audience is youth directors I think this 6-step process along with fervant prayer would work well for children's ministry and Sunday school leader's as well. He suggests beginning now and spending 2 hours a week for 6 months planning for next year's team. Why not give it a try?
