“Feed my lambs,” said Jesus. Children’s ministry leaders do just that. And those who understand the significance of this call pray, prepare, and pour it out week after week.

But who pours into them when they are thirsty, stretched thin and wonder if it matters?

Children’s ministry is a BIG job for volunteers! And though leaders are determined to make an impact on this generation, they acknowledge that they are busy, which makes training tough. They wonder if they have the know-how to really make a difference, which makes training essential.

GEMS Girls’ Clubs is helping their leaders with an all-new, online membership site that provides year-round support for club leaders. It is a storehouse of relevant teachings, notes, downloads, and personal enrichment to equip them as children’s ministry leaders and encourage them to grow in their relationship with God. Plus, they receive the community support they need from the GEMS Staff to answer questions, provide prayer support, and infuse them with fresh ideas and inspiration!

And with the ReFresh membership, access is given to Sunday School teachers, Cadet leaders, youth workers, and other ministry leaders within your church! The training videos can be used to equip your leaders and as an outreach to women gathered at ministry events and Bible studies.
