Is there someone at the denomination (maybe an attorney) who could take a quick look at our proposed By-laws and Articles of Incorporation?

Hi Jay. Thanks for your question. Since it hadn't been answered by other Network members yet, I asked around in the CRCNA offices. The advice I received is that bylaws and articles of incorporation vary from state to state (and province by province). You'll probably want to find a lawyer in your own classis or area who can do this for you. Perhaps you could ask at your next classis meeting to see if there is someone that others have used.
