Communion Post COVID-19?

We are thinking ahead to communion when we are all able to worship together again. Right now, we stand in a circle, pass the bread around in a basket, and pass the juice around in a cup in which people dip the bread (tincture).
We really like the experience of passing the elements to each other while saying the words, and of being in a circle, ending with a song where we hold hands. It's beautiful. But now—I mean soon, hopefully—what about post-COVID?
We have a hand sanitizer dispenser, but will people still be uncomfortable? I think they probably will. How can we get the same experience of being together, passing the communion to each other, the closeness of holding hands, and so on? Any thoughts?
