Calling all church audio/visual technicians! What type of audio system do you have in your church for people living with hearing loss?

Traditional listening systems require checking out and wearing a generic headset or earbuds, but most people with hearing loss prefer hearing-loop technology that connects directly to hearing aids.

Dr. Juliette Sterkens and Dr. David Myers are experts in how churches can support people living with hearing loss through hearing-loop technology.

At our Get in the Loop event, they explained both the benefits and best practices in utilizing hearing-loop technology. You’re invited to watch the recording (ASL included). We also encourage you to share it with audio/visual and sound technicians in your church, members of the building committee, and anyone in the church who lives with hearing loss.
