As part of the Reformed Leadership Implementation Team, along with Ken Eriks of the Reformed Church in America (RCA), we are involved in facilitating, managing, and leading what is called The Reformed Leadership Initiative. Since July 2015 we've worked to create Congregational Leadership Learning Networks (CLLN) for the purpose of effectively equipping leaders for mission and ministry in local churches.

We hope this is a transformative experience for our co-leaders, pastors, and congregational leaders involved in these networks and for the churches they lead. We also hope what we've learned in this project will be beneficial to both denominations.

The Reformed Leadership Initiative team has created a project brief with highlights of the project, guiding principles, our vision for the next generation of leadership, and key learnings for the future. See the attachment of the project brief below.

The Reformed Leadership Initiative will officially end this December; however, the work of developing "leaders at all levels of church and kingdom who are grounded in a biblical vision of church and kingdom, personally formed and growing in the image of Christ, and competent to lead thriving congregations in contextualized and mission- focused ministry" continues.
