Where Can I Get "Saved to Serve" Catechism Booklets?

I am looking to acquire the "Saved to Serve" catechism booklets. I'm willing to either purchase or copy this out-of-print CRC publication. These resource materials were first published by CRC publications some time around 1958. I realize this may be a long shot, but this resource material is some of the best that I have come across. I believe they were two booklets with a Q and A format a short lesson and questions for discussion.  If any one has access to, or wants to share, this material, I would greatly appreciate it. I want to use this material in catechising my grandchildren. Thanks in advance!
