Brookside Christian Reformed Church is a community of people, both young and old, from all walks of life; using their gifts to love, learn, seek and serve.

Brookside CRC is hiring a full-time Executive Administrator to oversee the smooth function and daily flow of church operations and its staff. This position is focused on key areas of communication, finance, HR, facilities, and technology. The Executive Administrator serves as a critical source of information, direction, collaboration, and management of church operations for staff, members, volunteers, and guests. You will contribute by:

  • Managing the daily administrative operations of the church, assisting the Pastors in the implementation of Brookside’s vision consistent with the budgets, policies, and plans adopted by the Council.
  • Overseeing church staff and various departmental functions of the church, including maintenance, technology, arts/design, and communications (print and digital media). Delegating to staff, volunteers, or third-party vendors as needed.
  • Providing ongoing management, review, oversight, and recommendations for improvement for administrative functions, policies, and procedures.
  • Researching and preparing the annual budget in collaboration with the staff and Administrative Elders & Deacons.
  • Communicating with various leadership bodies; keeping them up-to-date on important news and events. We are seeking someone who has an infectious love for the Lord and:

    • is an effective communicator with attention to detail and organization.
    • is a confident and motivational people leader, with experience in setting expectations and guiding others to reach their potential.
