Caledonia CRC’s youth ministry is in an exciting season of growth and opportunity. With multiple staff openings, there is potential for this role to develop into a full-time Youth Ministry Director position based on the gifts, experience, and calling of the individual God brings to our team. Our youth ministry is thriving, with nearly 200 youth participants and 40 dedicated volunteer leaders who are passionate about creating spaces where students can belong, grow, and deepen their faith. We value recognizing each person’s unique gifts and talents, and we are committed to shaping roles that allow individuals to flourish while continuing to grow professionally and personally.
