Job Description

Trinity Christian Reformed Church of Edmonton is seeking a Christ-centered, relational, and theologically grounded Youth Director/Pastor to lead and disciple students from Grade 6 to young adulthood. This role focuses on nurturing a vibrant, growing faith in our youth, integrating them into the life of the broader church, and equipping them to follow Jesus in every area of life. The Youth Director/Pastor will work closely with the pastoral staff, elders, parents, and volunteers to cultivate a ministry that is deeply rooted in Scripture, shaped by Reformed theology, and engaged with the local community. While we have some desires for responsibilities, we want to collaborate with you to disciple well using the gifts you have been given.

About

We have 400 members in all generations. We are on the more tradition side of the Christian Reformed Church. Our worship is a blend of contemporary and hymns. We run various programs such as GEM, Cadets, Youth, community outreach, catechism, men's and woman's small groups, women and men ministry, seniors bible study and ministry. We serve in a lower income neighborhood and have outreach to facilitate our neighbors.
