I struggle with continuity in a youth season. I feel like I jump from one thing to another and am worried that these things won't stick long term. I have considered deciding on a theme but am afraid it will be too limiting. Has anyone else used a theme or not? What was it? And if you don't go the theme route why?

Hi, we just closed out this year last week with the theme, Be Salty, based on Colossians 4:6. We talked about being the salt of the earth, how to be different and using the biblical people to show how they displayed bring salty in their life. I think it was a great learning experience and spiritual growth. I'm now on the hunt for a new theme for the next quarter and praying that God would lead.
