The Seminary Intern is accountable to the Pastor of Discipleship (as supervised by the Senior Pastor*) for effectively providing ministry leadership and assistance in various assigned areas.
At Arcadia Community Church (ACC), the Director of Family Ministries will be responsible to oversee and develop Arcadia Community Church’s Family Ministry as an environment that cultivates biblical marriages, disciples’ children, youth, and college age young people. This position will include the development and supervision of both a Men’s and Women’s ministry which will faithfully engage them with each other, the church and community. The Director of Family Ministries will also oversee the expansion of the Acadia Conservatory of Music.
