How Has Your Church Handled the Issue of Transportation?

One of the challenges of Disability Ministry is getting people to church on Sundays as well as during the week for ministry events. I'd like to hear some of the ways your churches have solved this challenge. Whether it's getting members to commit to driving each week, or buying a bus or van, or maybe you've come up with another way. I look forward to reading your responses.
