This is a two-page fact sheet that gives suggestions to people with disabilities and their families in finding an inclusive place to worship, and in making good use of all the resources that may be available there. The section headings are:

  • You as a Faith Community’s Resource
  • Community Leadership as a Resource

The fact sheet was prepared by the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center UCEDD, and the back of the fact sheet lists other products they have available, as well as resources available on a national basis.
