Cultural intelligence (CQ) is becoming a critical skill in business, government, and military arenas but remains underutilized in the church and missions where it can have a significant impact. Our presenter: Pennylyn Dykstra-Pruim is an Associate Professor at Calvin College. Her academic areas of interest include culture and intercultural learning, building cultural intelligence, second language acquisition and community building. She’s a published author and the designer and facilitator of the “Building Your Cultural Intelligence” workshop.
