Healthy Collaborative Leadership Conversation

Worship Ministries director, Rev. Joyce Borger, recently lead a conversation with Rev. Dr. Amanda Benckhuysen and Rev. Kathy Smith. The conversation was a follow-up to a panel discussion that took place at the Calvin Symposium on Worship.   

These are difficult times for church leaders, and the panel discussed the need for good structures in place for the sake of both leader and church. They share practical steps but also ask larger questions about church structure, leadership, polity, and more. 

This video would be a wonderful tool to spark discussion between church staff and council/leadership teams on accountability, mutual support, and healthy dialogue.
