As the #MeToo wave continues to roll over the church, and as many more are sharing their own stories of abuse, churches are requesting information about how to respond. Though each situation is unique, there are some principles and basic information that can be helpful to know. You can discover some of this information in the resource below, Responding to Abuse: A Toolkit for Churches.

This resource is best used when downloaded first. That will allow you to keep your place in the booklet, while browsing the live links, which are included. This is the Second Edition of this resource. We don't believe there will ever be a Final Edition. The issue of abuse is not going away any time soon, and resources surrounding it continue to grow and change. Our work in this area is never done.

Therefore, we welcome additional feedback from you to continue to make this an even better resource for churches. Please feel free to contact [email protected] with suggestions and comments.

This resource is available in English, Spanish, and Korean.

To order a physical copy of the toolkit, please go to Faith Alive Christian Resources.
