Willow Creek: Leadership Development DVD Resources

At Willow Creek they believe that the cascading effect of a transformed leader is immeasurable, as witnessed in individual spiritual growth, renewed church vitality, transformed communities, and a world changed for the better through the power of Jesus Christ. As a means to help grow your own leadership skills, and to provide leadership development to your church staff and volunteers, they have put together a short, but proven, list of video resources that includes:

• Global Leadership Summits DVDs (2009-2012), with internationally-known speakers and all the team processing tools needed to move forward
• Take Ten: a DVD with 10 sessions, each 10-minute clip focuses on an identified leadership principle making it ideal for use as a 'continued growth' portion of regular leadership team meetings, using the included processing questions
• ​Stir: Spiritual Transformation in Relationship is a small group leaders training tool divided into 6 sessions, 30 minutes each, which could form the foundation for a wonderful full-day/weekend retreat of training, complete with Ministry Leader guide and Participant guide (reviews)
