A Wealth of Web-Based Leadership Development Resources

I speak from experience when I say that an internet search for leadership development resources yields no shortage of material. This makes sense. Leadership development isn't just important to churches, its important to every organized group of people, or should be if they intend to remain in existence. The current incarnation of the established church in North America is no exception. So it stands to reason that the body of information devoted to the topic is vast, and that's likely an understatement.
Over the next several weeks I will be concentrating my posting efforts on gleaning some of the best of the best and adding them to our resource bank here at The Network. I will include a little blurb about each link and its merits to hopefully fast-track you on your way to what you need or are interested in.
I would invite you to do two things:
1. Make your own postings of links to resources you have found helpful in developing leaders in your context. It's easier than you think. And I'm here to help.
2. Make a comment to this post telling me which aspects of leadership development you are most interested in learning more about for your ministry context. Developing leadership within your youth? Finding a curriculum to use with a small group? A devotional-type study to use with Council? Online? Hard copy? Conferences? Webinars? Urban church? Rural Church? The squeaky wheel gets the oil!
Stay tuned in the days ahead for links to valuable resources available for a few less clicks.
