Does Your Church Have Midweek Programming?

Curious, does your church hold midweek programs (i.e. GEMS, Cadets, Bible studies, etc) on a dedicated night? 

I've gone to churches with a dedicated night for all programming (i.e. Wednesday night is GEMS/Cadets, dinner, etc.) but currently attend a church where the night depends on the program, i.e. women's Bible studies are on Monday nights, middle schoolers meet on Sunday nights, etc. 

What does your church do?

I think I prefer the single dedicated night (as it keeps families less busy, for one thing) but would love to hear what your church does.
