Our church (Trinity CRC) is considering doing some restructuring and changing to the model of having a Senior Pastor and an Associate Pastor. Does your church currently use this model? If so, would you be willing to share the job descriptions for BOTH the Senior Pastor and Associate Pastor so we could get an idea of how the roles are divided?
