I'm not sure whether this already happens, but I think it doesn't. I'd like it if, whenever I post a comment or article or whatever, it automatically "subscribes" me to that topic so I receive an email if others add comments. I'm thinking of it working the same was as Facebook does. When you post your status or a photo or whatever, you receive an email if someone "likes" it or comments on it. Also, if you comment on someone else's post, from then on you receive an email when someone else comments. Mavis

Yes, Mavis, by default you are automatically subscribed to notifications when you post.
If you don't want this, you can change your notification settings (in your account profile) so that, by default, you won't be automatically subscribed to any future posts.
