Here is a "toolbox" full of resources for churches to support Synod 2025 through prayer. This can be used by prayer teams, small groups, councils, in worship services, in family devotions, and at classis meetings, and also includes articles to read and grow through.

  • Bulletin announcement
    • Please pray for Synod 2025! We need everyone to be involved. The theme for synod worship and prayer is “Journey with Jesus” based on the Emmaus Road story of Luke 24 which is being used for the 10 Gather events.  You can sign up to pray on your own, with your church or small group, or at Redeemer University in June.
Check out the many opportunities at crcna.org/synod/prayer and join us in humble prayer for God's will to be done in the CRC. Email SynodPrayer@crcna.org with your questions or comments.
  • 40 Days of Prayer 40 Days of Prayer are written prayers representing the diversity of CRC members that will guide us for the 40 days leading up to synod. Sign up to receive an email with the prayer for the day, or a PDF with each week’s prayers. The 40 Days of Prayer will begin on May 4 and will conclude as Synod 2025 delegates gather on June 12.
  • 30 Minute Prayer Vigil sign up to pray 30 minutes a day for Synod 2025, at a time that works for you. Daily prayer guides will be emailed out each morning of synod to those who signed up. These prayer guides will also be used for the early morning prayer at synod by the delegates who participate.
