How Do You Engage College / University Students in Your Church?

So much thought and curriculum exists for supporting young people through the end of secondary school / high school, but there seems to be less available material for young people once they graduate. What needs have you noticed your college / university students have? How do you engage with these young people? How do you serve them, and how does your church work to find spaces which students can optimally use their interests, talents, and gifts to serve in? Maybe these are students students with a home base somewhere else who are studying in your church's city, or supporting students after they move away from your church to complete a degree somewhere else.
