As somebody who was abused in many ways, including sexual abuse, at residential school (K to 11) I can't help but wonder if the regulations are going too far. We found the procedure too encroaching and stopped even considering volunteering for the nursery, other friends have made similar comments. But since you only want encouraging comments I won't go into further detail.

As somebody who stuttered badly and still does when under stress I understand.  One develops all kinds of ways of hiding the problem.  One way for me was to become angry as I do not stutter much when I am angry.  Candy sucking is another way to hid the problem...

My intention was to go to  church last Sunday. I would have worn my lined jeans, quilted shirt and my hoodie. But cough, fatigue and mind fog were bad so I stayed home as usual. Had both of us been up to trying to go to church getting dressed in fancy clothes would have beyond us. When I was in university starting in 1959 I often stayed in my room on Sunday am. I only  owned one suit and it was almost always at my parents home.
