Sara Korber-DeWeerd

Sara Korber DeWeerd is a writer, editor, and teacher who believes stories have the power to both delight us and to build empathy, creating a kinder, more just world. She writes for a variety of publications about faith, family, education, and disability. Her articles, essays, and devotions for both kid and adult audiences have been published in print and online since 2019. Sara is also the managing editor of Spark, the alumni magazine of Calvin University.
