Freda Emmons

I'm an author, with 6 books published on Amazon. I'm 67 years old and have been married 47 years to a gracious and loving man, Rod Emmons. We have 3 grown children and a granddaughter, who is in college. I am also a survivor of childhood physical and sexual abuse. As a young adult, I was in counseling for 12 years and when I dedicated my life to Christ, I learned of all the wonderful verses in the Bible about God's love and healing. I combined these with tiny steps of healing and wrote my first book, Flame of Healing: A Daily Journey of Healing from Abuse and trauma. The Lord has transformed my life from victimization to victorious in Him!
