The Kroger Survey, officially known as the KrogerFeedback Customer Satisfaction Survey, is an online feedback program offered by The Kroger Co., one of the largest grocery chains in the United States.
The survey is designed to gather honest opinions from customers about their recent shopping experiences, helping Kroger maintain and improve its service, product quality, and overall store environment.
Kroger Survey - All You Need To Know
Customers can access the survey at www.kroger.com/feedback. To participate, you must have a valid receipt from a recent visit to any Kroger store or one of its affiliated chains (such as Fred Meyer, Ralphs, King Soopers, or Fry’s).
The receipt will contain an Entry ID or store phone number, which is required to begin the survey. Participants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of the United States.
As a token of appreciation, Kroger rewards survey participants with 50 Fuel Points, which can be redeemed at Kroger fuel centers to save money on gas. In some cases, customers may also be entered into kroger sweepstakes for larger prizes.
The Kroger survey is open to legal U.S. residents aged 18 and older. Participation is limited to one entry per receipt, and the receipt must be from a purchase made within the last seven days.
