The Godrej Parkshire master plan features 1130 apartments spread among five individual buildings, 70% open space, a clubhouse, and two and three-bedroom residences. Further, the master design shows more than fifty-five outdoor amenity zones with apartments ranging in size from 1050 to 1750 square feet.
