Nambiar Beverly Park
Nambiar Beverly Park is located at Bilwaradahalli along Bannerghatta Road in South Bangalore and is planned as a large villa community. Its first phase covers 36 acres and includes 298 villa plots within the larger 76-acre development. Two plot formats, 35 × 55 and 40 × 63, are available. Nambiar Beverly Park Master Plan home follows a G+2 design, with built-up sizes from 3,732 to 4,638 sq.ft. Nambiar Builders is developing the project for future residents.
